In recognition of the critical role that boards play in overseeing their organizations' missions, finances, and strategic directions.
Presented as part of the 2012 BoardSource Leadership Forum (Hyatt Regency Chicago, September 14 & 15), the awards include
- $25,000 Grand Prize
- $10,000 Second-Place Prize
