The Nonprofit Alliance values its partner relationships with local funders, the state association and other local nonprofit capacity builders. Local funders provide financial and advisory support to NPA so that local organizations can receive important technical assistance, training and resources at free or low cost. Kellogg Community College Lifelong Learning is now the home of NPA nonprofit training and education. The Michigan Nonprofit Association provides state-level sector advocacy, public policy and initiatives that help nonprofits build capacity through best practices. Other area partners for program coordination include: HandsOn Battle Creek, Community Foundation Alliance of Calhoun County, Center for Entrepreneurship of South Central Michigan.
